Brass barrel flintlock overcoat pistol. Plain wood, butt, probably circa 1810-20. Brass trigger-guard, octagonal to round 8” barrel approx. .6”bore. Vacant brass escutcheon to butt, ornate side plate,, engraved trigger-guard. Steel rounded lock plate, cock very slightly loose on tumbler. Proof and makers marks (indistinct) to top left of barrel, marked CORNHILL. LONDON to top of barrel.
