Photograph from Josef Richter, Leitmeritz a Elbe, so likely a posed photograph taken in barracks as comrades; based upon location, possibly  42nd infantry regiment (recruiting area: Theresienstadt), 74th  (Jicin), 94th (Turnau) or 98th (Hohenmauth) all part of the Leitmeritz army corps. Now Litoměřice in the Czech Republic; the town later became infamous as the largest sub-camp of Flossenberg concentration camp
